Bariatric Friendly Game Day Recipes

Football fans, the countdown is on! Only a few more days until the Rams take on the Patriots in the 2019 Super Bowl. (Although I wish my beloved Seahawks were fighting for the title, it should still be a great game!)

If you plan on going to a party, or hosting one yourself, check out these recipes that will help you stick to your low-carb/high protein dietary goals.

Also note- if you are trying to follow a lower-fat regimen, consider opting for some of the following substitutions:

  • Mayonnaise/sour cream —> Greek yogurt

  • Bacon —> Turkey bacon

  • Ground beef —> Ground turkey or chicken

  • Regular cheese —> Reduced fat cheese

What do you plan to make for the big game? Make sure to share in the comments below!
