Infused Water

Ingredients:

Fruit

  • Citrus- lemon, lime, grapefruit, blood orange, tangerines, oranges
  • Berries- strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries
  • Tropical- pomegranate, mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, kiwi, starfruit
  • Melon- honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon
  • Other- apples, pears, plums, peaches, nectarines

Vegetables

  • Cucumber, carrots, celery, peppers (hot or sweet)

Herbs

  • Mint, basil, sage, rosemary, thyme, lavender, cilantro, stevia

Spices

  • Ginger, cinnamon stick, black pepper, turmeric

Liquids

  • Water, herbal tea, sun tea

 General Recipe:

  1. Remove the peel of any citrus fruits to avoid a bitter taste
  2. Add fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices to infusion vessel; lightly muddle if desired
  3. Add chosen liquid and let the ingredients infuse the liquid with flavor for at least 2 hours
