1:1 Virtual Coaching for Post-Op Women

You trusted the process.

Now let's build the life you actually had in mind.

Personalized nutrition coaching for women 6+ months post-bariatric surgery who are ready for real support, not a handout and “eat less, move more” advice.

Does This Sound Familiar?

✓ You're months (or years) out and the weight has stalled (or started coming back) and you don't know why.

✓ The hunger and cravings are back. The food noise in your head is exhausting. You feel like something is wrong with you.

✓ You find yourself going all-in, then falling off completely. You know the rules. You just can't seem to follow them, and then you spiral.

✓ Your surgeon's office gave you a one-page handout. Your doctor says your labs "look fine." You feel completely alone in this.

✓ You're busy with work, kids, caregiving, life. You don't have time to cook for hours each week or track every bite forever.

✓ You want to feel good in your body. To have real energy. To not think about food all the time. That's not too much to ask.

You had surgery. You did everything "right."
So why does it still feel this hard?

You're not imagining it. And you're definitely not failing. What you're dealing with is real, and incredibly common, and almost no one is actually addressing it.

The problem was never your willpower.
You just haven't had the right support.

Most post-op programs set you up for the first six months, then leave you on your own. But this is exactly when things get complicated — your body is changing, your hormones may be shifting, your relationship with food needs to evolve.

You deserve a dietitian who actually understands bariatric physiology, who listens to what's really going on, and who works with your real life — not a theoretical one.

What Becomes Possible

Imagine feeling at ease
in your own body again.

This is what my clients experience when we work together — not quick fixes, but real, lasting shifts that come from understanding your body and building a life that actually supports you.

No more crashing by 2pm or running on coffee and willpower.

Simple, nourishing eating

No fad diets. No tracking every morsel forever. Just a clear, doable approach.

Quiet in your head around food

Less obsessing, planning, regretting. More just… living.

A body you feel good in.

Stronger, healthier, confident — whether that's losing more weight or finally feeling settled where you are.

A metabolism that works with you

Protecting your muscle, supporting your hormones, and getting the scale moving again.

A system that fits your life.

Built around your schedule, your brain, your family, your actual life.

The Process

How We Work Together

No cookie-cutter plans. No judgment. Just clear, personalized support from someone who actually gets it.

We start with your whole picture

Your first session is a deep dive. We look at your surgery history, labs, symptoms, hormones, lifestyle, and goals — because every woman is different, and your plan needs to reflect that. I pay attention to what your doctor may have missed.

01

You get a clear, personalized strategy

Together, we build an approach that fits your body and your life. This covers what and how to eat, how to structure your days, how to handle cravings and stalls, and how to protect your metabolism as your hormones shift. Clear. Practical. Yours.

02

We troubleshoot in real time

Life happens. Your body changes. We adjust. Between sessions, you'll have access to support so you're never left figuring it out alone. No more going weeks wondering what to do.

03

You build habits that last — without tracking forever

The goal isn't to make you dependent on a food log. It's to help you develop the skills, instincts, and systems to maintain this on your own — confidently, for the long haul.

04

Is This Right for You?

This is for you if you're ready
to finally get the support you deserve.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up.

You're 6+ months post-bariatric surgery and struggling with stalls, regain, cravings, or hunger

You're tired of generic advice and want someone who truly understands your surgery and your body

You want to feel healthy, energetic, and comfortable in your body — not just hit a number on a scale

You're open to nutrition tracking as a temporary tool — but definitely not interested in doing it forever

You want to eat cleaner and more nourishing food without it feeling complicated or overwhelming

You're a busy woman — work, kids, caregiving — and you need strategies that actually fit your life

You suspect your hormones, thyroid, or perimenopause might be part of what's going on

You've been dismissed by doctors or told your labs are "normal" when you know something feels off

You've tried the all-or-nothing approach enough times to know it doesn't work — and you're ready for something different

You're motivated. You're ready to show up for yourself. You just need real support to do it.

This probably isn't the right fit if...

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a 7-day detox

  • You're not ready or willing to make any changes at this time

What Clients Are Saying

Your bariatric coach

You need someone who gets it — not just clinically, but really gets it.

I'm Megan, a Registered Dietitian specializing in post-bariatric nutrition for women. I've worked with hundreds of women navigating exactly what you're navigating — the stalls, the regain, the cravings, the hormones, the feeling that something is wrong even when your doctor says everything is fine.

My approach isn't about perfection or restriction. It's about understanding what's happening in your body, building eating patterns that support your metabolism and your muscle, and creating a system that actually works in your real life.

I will never tell you to just "eat less and move more." You deserve better than that.

FAQ

Common Questions

  • Most bariatric programs are built around the first year post-op. After that, follow-up is minimal and generic. I specialize in the long-game — the stalls, the regain, the metabolic shifts, the hormone changes, and all the nuance that comes months and years after surgery. This is personalized, ongoing, and actually specific to you.

  • Not necessarily forever — and never in a rigid, obsessive way. Tracking can be a really useful short-term tool to understand what's happening, but the goal is to eventually build enough body literacy and habits that you don't need to log every bite. We'll figure out what works for your brain and your life.

  • I do not make personal meal plans for my clients but we do discuss meal and snack ideas, an eating schedule, and strategies for easy meal planning and prep based on your food preferences, cooking preferences, and lifestyle.

  • Both of these are incredibly common in the women I work with — and both have a significant impact on eating patterns, metabolism, and your ability to follow through on plans. I factor these into how we work together from the beginning. You don't need a formal diagnosis for me to take it seriously.

  • Then you haven't tried working with someone who specifically understands post-bariatric physiology, hormonal shifts, and what it actually takes to create sustainable change in a busy life. What most programs offer and what I offer are genuinely different things.

  • It depends on where you're starting and what "results" means to you. Most clients notice meaningful shifts in energy, food noise, and how they feel within the first few weeks. Metabolic and weight changes typically become more visible over 6–12 weeks. This is real, sustainable change — not a 10-day detox.

  • That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We'll talk about where you are, what you're struggling with, and what working together would look like. If it's not the right fit, I'll say so — and I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
