  • Yes. Bariatric Momentum is designed for women who are at least 6 months post-op, including those who are years out from surgery and feeling stuck, off track, or frustrated by regain, stalls, cravings, or inconsistent habits. You do not need to be newly post-op to benefit from this program.

  • No. Tracking is not required. Inside the program, I may encourage short-term tracking or simple snapshots as a tool for awareness, education, or troubleshooting, but this is not a rigid calorie-counting program. The goal is to help you build a way of eating that feels clear, supportive, and sustainable in real life.

  • Sample meal plans will be provided. Additionally, you’ll receive guidance, structure, meal ideas, and practical tools to help you build balanced, bariatric-friendly meals with more confidence. This program is designed to help you understand what to eat, how to structure your meals, and how to make choices that work for your body and lifestyle, not just follow a generic plan.

  • That is completely okay. This program is designed for real life, which means we will talk about simple meals, low-prep options, grocery staples, default meals, and realistic strategies for busy days. You do not need to love cooking to be successful here.

  • You are in the right place. This program was built for women who feel like food takes up too much mental space, who do well for part of the day and then struggle later on, or who feel pulled into snacking, grazing, or eating for reasons that are not physical hunger. We will address both the nutrition side and the behavior side so you can build more awareness, better tools, and more consistency.

  • Bariatric Momentum begins on April 20, 2026. Once you join, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your next steps, key dates, and access details before we begin.

    Live group coaching calls will be held on Wednesdays at 11 am PDT (2 pm EDT) throughout the 8-week program. You’ll receive all important dates and details in your welcome email after enrolling.

  • That is okay. All live calls will be recorded and available to watch later, so you can still benefit from the coaching even if you cannot attend in real time. Additionally, you can submit questions before the calls and utilize the community space throughout the week for additional support and guidance.

  • You’ll keep access to the lessons, tools, and resources for the lifetime of the program, so you can revisit the material anytime you need a refresher, reset, or extra support.

  • Yes. Many women join this program after trying meal plans, tracking apps, cutting carbs, or trying to “be good” during the week only to feel stuck in the same cycle. This program is different because it focuses on the bigger picture: your metabolism, your meal structure, your habits, and the patterns that make consistency hard to maintain.

  • You’ll receive weekly coaching, a structured step-by-step framework, practical tools and resources, and support inside the private community. You will not be left to figure this out on your own.

  • All options include the full core Bariatric Momentum experience. VIP is for women who want more personalized support and a higher-touch experience during the program.

  • No. Bariatric Momentum is a self-pay group coaching program and is not billed through insurance.
